At Fixivo, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Returns & Warranty Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims work.

This policy applies to products purchased from fixivostore.com.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• In the original packaging, if possible
• Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts

EU online shoppers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and return most online orders. Some product exceptions may apply.

2. How to Request a Return

• Clear photos or video, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will send you the next steps. Please do not send the product back before contacting us.

3. Return Shipping

For normal returns, where the product is not damaged or faulty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by email after your request is approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

• Used products
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse
• Products missing parts or accessories
• Items returned without approval
• Personal care or hygiene-related items, if opened or used
• Custom or special-order products, if clearly stated on the product page

Example: If a product is used for many days and then returned with scratches or missing parts, it may not qualify for a refund.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A short video showing the issue, if needed

After checking the issue, we may offer: Replacement, Refund, Partial refund, or Store credit. The solution depends on the condition of the product and the problem reported.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing time usually depends on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

• Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Refunds may be refused if the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, or not approved for return.

7. Cancellations

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

8. Warranty

Fixivo provides a basic warranty for products that arrive faulty, defective, or not working as expected under normal use.

Warranty coverage may apply to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Product not working on arrival
• Electrical faults under normal use
• Missing or incorrect parts

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse
• Water damage, unless the product is clearly marked waterproof
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Product modification or repair by the customer
• Damage caused by wrong installation or wrong charging

Example: If a rechargeable light does not turn on after delivery, it may qualify for warranty support. If the same light breaks after being dropped, it may not qualify.

9. Warranty Claim Process

• Product name
• Clear photos
• Short video showing the issue
• Description of the problem

We will review the claim and may offer repair guidance, replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the issue.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet:

1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your card company or payment provider.
3. Some refunds take several business days to appear.
